GPS & ELD Tracking

How do we ensure timely deliveries? By using GPS and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) data. It's strictly for transit optimization and regulatory compliance. We don't sell your route history to third parties.

Client Confidentiality

Your shipping manifests and client lists are sacred. We store this information in encrypted silos. Only the logistics coordinators directly involved in your project have access to specific shipment details.

We collect information necessary to perform our logistics services. This includes company contact details, pickup/delivery addresses, and specific handling requirements. Why do we need this? To ensure your freight arrives safely and on time.

2. Web Tracking vs. Operational Tracking

Standard cookies on our site help us analyze traffic patterns to improve your user experience. However, this is distinct from our operational ELD tracking. While web cookies expire regularly, ELD logs are retained for a minimum of 6 months to meet federal safety regulations.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

We're professional, not sloppy. We only share data with verified subcontractors (carriers) who are explicitly working your load. These partners are bound by the same non-disclosure agreements that govern Big Z's Supply Chain Services, LLC.
